This Legal Notice governs the use of the website nubico.tech (hereinafter, "the Website"), owned by Nubico Software Technologies, S.L. (hereinafter, "Nubico Tech"). Use of the Website confers the status of user and implies full acceptance of all the clauses and conditions set out in this Legal Notice.

This document has been drafted in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

The purpose of the Website is to offer information about Nubico Tech’s services (technology consultancy, custom software development, automation, systems integration, applications, cloud and infrastructure), as well as to provide a contact channel for clients and potential clients.

The typefaces used on the Website (Inter, Newsreader and Space Grotesk) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are served from our own domain.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content without the owner’s prior written authorisation is expressly prohibited.

Access to the Website does not in any case imply the assignment, transfer or waiver, in whole or in part, of the intellectual and industrial property rights.

The inclusion of these links is for purely informational purposes and in no case implies a recommendation, suggestion or invitation to visit them, nor that the owner assumes any responsibility for the content, services or privacy policies of those sites.
